Welcome to the GDL Media, LLC web site (the “Site”) of GDL Media, LLC, (“GDL Media, LLC”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”, The Go Du App, Go Du). This Privacy Policy sets forth GDL Media, LLC’s policy with respect to information including personally identifiable data (“Personal Data”) and other information that is collected from The Go Du mobile application (“The Go Du App”) users and visitors to the corresponding Go Du app web site found at www.thegoduapp.com.

Information We Collect:

When you interact with us through The Go Du Application, we may collect Personal Data and other information from you, as further described below:

Automatically Collected Information: When you use The Go Du App we automatically collect information about your mobile device or computer and your activities. Such information includes the following: the unique ID number of your mobile device, the geographic location of your mobile device while the app is active, the IP address of your computer, the technical information about your mobile device or computer (such as the type of device), the preferences and settings of your device (such as privacy preferences and time zone), the amount of time you use The Go Du App and the features you use, and the active or inactive status of The Go Du App.

Voluntary Information:strong> During the sign up process for The Go Du App, we will require you to sign in via your Facebook or Google account. By doing so, you are authorizing us to access certain Facebook and or Google account information. By allowing us to access your Facebook and Google accounts, you understand that we will obtain your Facebook or Google profile picture, name, Facebook or Google email address, friends list and other personal data.

By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data to GDL Media, LLC, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of GDL Media, LLC and the authorized third parties referred to herein located in the United States.

Other Information:

Non-Identifiable Data: When you interact with GDL Media, LLC through the mobile application or site, we receive and store certain personally non-identifiable information. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, may be used to specifically identify you. GDL Media, LLC may store such information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by GDL Media, LLC affiliates, agents or service providers. We may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of users/visitors on our mobile application/Site.

Aggregated Personal Data: In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the users of The Go Du App, GDL Media, LLC often conducts research on its customer demographics, interests and behavior based on the Personal Data and other information provided to us. This research may be compiled and analyzed on an aggregate basis, and GDL Media, LLC may share this aggregate data with its affiliates, agents, business partners and other third parties. This aggregate information does not identify you personally. GDL Media, LLC and its affiliates and Partners may use this information to contact you in the future to tell you about services we believe will be of interest to you, such as upcoming GDL Media, LLC or Partner updates. If we do so, each communication we send you will contain instructions permitting you to "opt-out" of receiving future communications. Exclusions:

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personal Data collected by GDL Media, LLC other than Personal Data collected through the GDL Media,LLC application/site. This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to GDL Media, LLC through the application/site or through any other means. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the application/site, such as bulletin boards (collectively, “Public Areas”), any ideas for new products or modifications to existing products, and other unsolicited submissions (collectively, “Unsolicited Information”). All Unsolicited Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and GDL Media, LLC shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such Unsolicited Information to others without limitation or attribution.

Children:

GDL Media, LLC does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Data through the application or site. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet/data usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Data on our application or Site without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to GDL Media, LLC through the application or site, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.
